25th regnal year, Hathyr of Ptolemaios (III.),
son of Ptolemaios (II.), and of the Female Pharaoh Berenike (II),
the
gods Euergetai. Pinyris, son of Estphenis is the one who says
to Milon, the attorney of Euphronios
praktor: ‘ By Pharaoh Ptolemaios (III.)
and the Female Pharaoh Berenike (II.)
and the gods Adelphoi, who created them,
and the gods Soteres, who created those who
created them, and the gotes Euergetai and Isis
and Osiris-Apis and the other gods:
The half of the field in the land section(?)of Ta-set-taiu-
-Neith, which amounts to 1 aroura of field(?), which gave away Euphronios
praktor, against repayment of my mortgage.
The same field: It formerly belongs to Estphenis, my father.
He made him over to Tathres, my mother.
He had no master besides me till the giving-away-of-it,
which Euphronios executed, against repayment.
It may live my face!’ Issued by Pinyris, son of Estphenis,
in the 25th regnal year, Hathyr of Pharaoh Ptolemaios (III.),
son of Ptolemaios (II.), and of the Female Pharaoh
Berenike (II.) {and the gods Adelphoi}
{and} the gods Euergetai.
Countersigned by Pinyris, son of Estphenis,
in accordance with that which was written above.
